Humans Using AI Will Win

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving at lightning speed—and it’s reshaping the global economy and job market right before our eyes.

There’s no doubt about it: AI has the power to dramatically improve the lives of millions. It’s already creating entirely new industries, sparking innovation, and automating services. But alongside the opportunities, it’s also disrupting traditional jobs by replacing some human roles with robots and intelligent systems.

In 2025, we’ll see even more dramatic changes. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicts that AI will impact 40% of all jobs worldwide this year. In advanced economies, that number jumps to 60%. Even in developing economies, more than a quarter of jobs face potential disruption.

AI is not a passing trend—it’s here to stay. Think of it like a bee’s stinger: once it’s out, there’s no putting it back.

That’s why we all need to adapt to this new world order. The sooner we learn how to use AI, the better prepared we’ll be. People who gain hands-on experience with AI tools will be in higher demand and have a competitive edge in the job market.

Many countries—developed and developing alike—are already revamping their education systems to meet this moment. In places like China, kids are learning about AI as early as age seven!

I believe this momentum will only grow. The nations that teach their younger generations how to work with AI will clearly pull ahead of those that don’t.

The future belongs to humans who use AI—not the ones replaced by it.
